A modern statistical analysis app that runs in your browser — and on your desktop.

Statios combines the breadth of SPSS / Stata / R with a modern UI, a built-in AI assistant, and reproducible Python output. Open a CSV, click an analysis, get publication-ready output.

What it is​

  • Runs on your device — the statistical engine is compiled to WebAssembly and runs in your browser (installable as an app, works offline), or as a native desktop build. Your data is analysed locally and never uploaded.
  • 600 procedures spanning descriptives, regression families, time series, panel data, causal inference, Bayesian models, machine learning, and more.
  • 36 chart types with one-click PNG/SVG export.
  • Built-in AI assistant — no API key, no model picker; sign in and ask in plain English. Your raw data rows never leave your device (the AI sees only schema and computed results).
  • Reproducible code — every analysis is serialized into a deterministic, re-runnable Python script, ready for a paper's code appendix.
  • Multi-dataset workspace — work with several open datasets at once.

How it works​

Sign in with a free account (AI is metered; the stats engine is free). You land in the Lobby — open or create a .stios project, check your usage, or return here any time via the Home icon. The workbench is organised into zones: Data, Analyze, Graphs, Lab, Guided, Output, and Wiki. Results appear in the Output zone, each with a Cite button and a .py export.
